Elaine Grace Carr, Mayor, West Siloam Springs

Elaine is the longest serving mayor for West Siloam Springs and was honored by the Mayors Council of Oklahoma as 2009 Mayor of the Year for municipalities under 5,000 population. She volunteers in various capacities such as food drives, economic development, toy drives, Veteran Honor Flights, local parades, and projects to bring jobs to her community. She served on the Mayors Council of Oklahoma from 2010-2017 and has received countless certificates of recognition for her participation, commitment, and achievement from the United States Postal Service, the American Legion, the Salvation Army, the Oklahoma Conference of Mayors, Muscular Dystrophy Association, and the Oklahoma Municipal League.
